The Artist

The artist | The world of Bergère

Do you remember my friend Najma, the Artist? We met in Paris not so long ago; she is following her passion stuyding Arts which I find inspiring. Wherever she goes she brings happiness and positive energies. For her birthday, I decided to give her something special, something unique and not “made in a developing country” for once. And there is no better place than Etsy to find the perfect tresory. I had no trouble to find this cute dress handmade in England (very short, very British indeed) and a pair of colorful sandals handmade in Greece. As you can see, it was a hot summer evening in Paris (very rare)! She’s also wearing a authentic leather bagpack that she found it during her last trip to Morroco. Etsy is one of my favorite e-shop. I love community websites and this one in particular because unknown artists can have their little corner and ship their creations everywhere in the world. You can easily exchance with them, they happilly answer all your inquieries and even personalized a product if you wish. I always had satisfatory purchases and the pieces are totally unique and made to order. I encourage artists and crafts. I wish my friend Najma will succeed in what she believes in.

Marion and the jewels #2

MarionMarionMarion MarionMarion

Remember Marion? We haven’t seen each other for a while so when we decided to meet, it would be at our favorite lunch place, La Fée Nature, for sure! This time again she was wearing matching and delicate pieces of jewellery. I immediately noticed the chain-kind-of-ring at her right hand that she actually made herself (go for it girls, it’s easy!). She had her usual set of rings from Etsy (Modern Chromatic, Bellaflor, Letters Earring), the black stone ring is a Nathalie Dumeix, the turquoise ring (also called chrysoprase) and thin gold bracelet are from Saïki jewellery shop in Paris 2Eme. Plus I love her earring from Asos, simple but original. Doesn’t she look radiant?

You already know about Marion and her passion for jewels and little details that would transform any outfit into a colorful, happy ensemble. Last time she impressed me, once again, because her bracelets matched perfectly her necklaces. As well as her jacket that was in the exact same tone of her pants which, put all together, creates a beautiful fashion harmony. There is nothing to add, she is radiant. Now you can go through the links of all her findings and get your own piece of jewelry!

We are back in the streets with my favorite models, Marion and Mathilde. They looked so good with their printed tops that I couldn’t resist taking some pictures! One more time, Marion has surpassed herself with this perfect Nail Art matching her top AND her bag both from American Retro. She is wearing another creation of hers, the bird necklace and cute little black and white derby from Jonak. On the other hand, Mathilde is wearing a top from Top Shop and necklace from H&M. She was on her way to Solidays right before we took that shot! One particular things about the girls’ hands is that Mathilde is wearing her newly engagement/wedding rings! Yes this talented young beauty is just married and I wish her the very best. Congrats!

—————-

Matching obsession

You already know Marion. She is the queen of little details, accessories and nail art. She always impresses me because everything matches together! Here she is wearing a top from Monki (yes we love that brand), DIY necklace (impressive right?), shoes and  bag from Zara. Have you noticed her incredible nail art? I’ll post something about that later. And if you are a fan like me of her jewelry, please encourage her to start a business! I know there is something like a success story hidding somewhere…

Now it’s time to introduce you Marion, a very special woman. You’re going to see her a lot featuring in my blog! She’s probably the most delicate and devoted person I’ve met in Paris. Plus, she is very creative and talented. Always very keen on details (nails always match outfit!), she creates perfect nail art and DIY jewelry. Here you can see the pair of Vans she customized and she also made the rope yellow/green/orange necklace.

More of her creations to come!
